What Is the Captain's Table
More Than a Webinar
Captain's Table isn't a lecture. It's a structured 60-minute live session where participants share progress on their current Waypoint, work through challenges with peers, and get direct facilitation from a Pathfinder-certified coach.
Cohort-Based
You're in the session with your cohort — the same group you started the journey with. Accountability is built in.
Facilitated
Every session is led by a Pathfinder-certified facilitator who knows the curriculum and your cohort's progress.
Waypoint-Aligned
Each session maps directly to the Waypoints your cohort is working through. No generic content — always relevant.
Biweekly Cadence
Sessions run every two weeks, giving you time to do the work between calls and come back with real results to share.
Session Format
60 Minutes. Every Two Weeks.
Check-In
Each participant shares one word or phrase that captures where they are right now. Sets the tone.
Waypoint Deep Dive
The facilitator leads a structured discussion on the current Waypoint — concepts, challenges, and real examples from the cohort.
Accountability Pairs
Participants pair up to share progress on their Personal Pathfinder Plan and set a specific commitment for the next two weeks.
Close & Captain's Table Point
The facilitator closes with a single takeaway — the Captain's Table Point — that anchors the session's core lesson.

There's no separate registration for Captain's Table. When you enroll in the Leadership Journey or Emerging Leaders Journey, Captain's Table sessions are part of your program. Your session calendar, meeting link, and cohort details are all in Basecamp.
